Originality

In terms of creating media, finding innovative stories to focus in on and spacing myself from conventional topics is key for me to adapt and resonate with a project.

Diversity

Regarding my team and where I stand within production is interchanging. Diversifying the departments that I am involved in provides me with greater control.

Integrity

Abiding by a moral code when communicating with a team is essential to the running of all stages in production. By setting these standards I develop a strong working relationship with colleagues addressing any concerns or judgements.

Ingenuitive

Being creative has its perks in nearly all job line but to be consistent in creating a stream of content that each video could appeal to a different target audience is a craft I find myself practising.

Doer

Sitting and dwelling ideas won't necessarily make them happen. Until pen hits paper then the process of production can happen. I believe in taking action on ideas that can be developed and manipulated into communities of collect well-trained thoughts.

Attentive

More often than not great ideas can be overlooked. This could be damaging or not allow a piece of work to truly hit it's true potential. I strong believe that looking into every possibility or individual idea is plausible to success as nothing is overlooked or shunned.
